Dynadress Transparent Island Dressings are a semi-permeable, waterproof dressing with a highly absorbent central pad, designed to protect surgical incisions and minor injuries while providing minimal wound exudate absorbency. The transparent polyurethane film allows the wound or affected area to be monitored at a glance without removing the dressing.
DynaDress is Dynamed's own locally manufactured wound care range, produced in South Africa to a B-BBEE Level 1 standard.
