Refunds and Returns Policy

At CoCare, we aim to provide you with high-quality healthcare products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review our refunds and returns policy below:

Returns Eligibility: We will only accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Defective goods.
  2. Incorrect goods ordered.
  3. Damaged goods upon delivery.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A return must be logged on the website or requested via orders@cocare.co.za.

Return Process:

  1. CoCare will arrange the pickup of the product.
  2. We will investigate the return and inspect the product.
  3. After inspection, we will process the refund.

Returns Exclusions: No returns will be accepted for sexual health products.

Handling Fee: A 10% handling fee will be charged based on the invoice value of the goods for all accepted returns.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the return being finalized.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log the return on our website or send an email to orders@cocare.co.za with your order details and the reason for the return.
