Dynadress Non-Woven Island Dressings are a sterile covering made of porous, non-woven material designed to provide protection to surgical incisions and minor injuries while offering minimal wound exudate absorbency. The highly absorbent central pad does not stick to the wound, and the water-resistant, hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive border conforms comfortably to the body while remaining highly breathable.
DynaDress is Dynamed's own locally manufactured wound care range, produced in South Africa to a B-BBEE Level 1 standard.

- Clean, closed post-operative wounds
- Superficial cuts, abrasions and burns
- Chronic wounds with low levels of exudate
- Use as a secondary dressing application
