L-Mesitran is a Medical Grade Honey (MGH) wound care range, pioneered in the EU in 2002 and now used in wound care protocols in over 70 countries. Its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory action helps cleanse, debride and stimulate healing across all wound types and stages, and independent research shows it outperforms both raw Manuka honey and silver-based dressings for antimicrobial effect.
L-Mesitran Soft is an antibacterial gel containing 40% Medical Grade Honey supplemented with vitamins C and E, formulated for use on all superficial and deep wounds, in all phases of healing. It is available in convenient single-use 1g sachets as well as 15g and 50g tubes and a 250g jar for clinical and home care use.
