Roosin Burncare Relieve Burn Gel dressing is impregnated with a 90% purified water, water-soluble gel. It draws heat away from the skin's surface, preventing the heat from progressing deeper into the skin, while relieving pain and protecting the burn from airborne contamination. The dressing is sterilised by gamma radiation and has a 5-year shelf life.
Roosin Medical is an internationally certified (CE, ISO 13485, FDA) wound care manufacturer distributed exclusively in South Africa by Dynamed.
