Roosin Hydrocolloid dressings are sterile, extra-thin, conformable dressings made from hydrocolloids. On contact with wound exudate the dressing turns into a cohesive gel, preserving the wound's moist microenvironment and encouraging cleaning and healing. The dressing is impermeable to water and blocks the passage of bacteria while managing low to moderate exudate.
Roosin Medical is an internationally certified (CE, ISO 13485, FDA) wound care manufacturer distributed exclusively in South Africa by Dynamed.
